Celo is an encrypted and intuitive messaging app created for healthcare workers. I worked on a number of projects for them at growth agency Double, including brand refinement, video shoots, landing pages and social campaigns.
The first deliverable for this project was a video ad which I art-directed and assisted on, later working with our editor on animated graphics during post. The content captured was able to be output into 10 different ad creatives which were tested against each other across different platforms.
One of the problems to solve was that Celo’s uptake was mostly among younger healthcare workers. Our goal was to use increased advocacy and refinement of the brand to appeal to senior Healthcare professionals who would help unlock enterprise adoption. We ran a series of experiments that deviated from Celo’s usual brand identity, to test out copy & brand imagery tweaked for specific audiences. The page hierarchy was designed with lead capture in mind, and a pinpoint focus on booking demo’s and capturing emails for further marketing.
Utilising stills from the video shoot, I created a more sophisticated and human-focused web page that utilised their signature colours and shapes in a fresh, bold way. This project also allowed me to test out new animations and interactions with Lottie and Webflow’s native interaction features.
Results
Halved cost per download via video advertising.
Significant increase in conversions on landing pages (forms filled).
More sophisticated execution of brand identity to appeal to enterprise customers.
